Children are born with an innate ability to connect to their true self. This tends to dull with age if this ability is not nourished as they grow. And we strive to offer workshops and camps to help children acquire a practice.
This day camp (total 6 hours), created by Project: KAring's founder, will introduce tools to children, that they can use from a young age to carry them into adulthood aware of the possibilities that lies within them, providing an understanding of how they can create new habits and fresh perspectives, testing their own abilities to connect with who they are at their core and finding the type of techniques that they are drawn to. Simple exercises can plant seeds of curiosity towards the world yet to be discovered, and assist them in reaching a better understanding of who they are.

All presented in fun and easy to grasp ways with relatable content. Everything can be play when guided in a relaxed atmosphere and with an open mind.

Location: Shooting Stardust Studios 725 NE 130th St, North Miami, FL 33161
Shooting Stardust Studios is a little gem in North Miami. The studio is set up for magical events of all sizes with a cozy feel. We will be using the outside area if weather permits, with candles and twinkly lights as the sunsets.
*This is a drop off event but parents are welcomed to sit and chat inside (if weather permits us to conduct our event outside). We just ask that parents allow the kids enough space to express themselves freely with their peers and without judgement or pressure.
Ages: 10-15
Please, wear comfortable clothing and easy to remove shoes.
A light, complimentary lunch will be served but you are welcomed to send your child with lunch and/or snacks (refrigeration will be available).
