Art education is a very important aspect of the overall development of children, for that reason I'm offering creative workshops and art lessons designed to help kids with confidence, self-esteem, problem solving abilities, risk taking and inventiveness while having fun and experimenting with differents mediums like charcoal, acrylics, watercolors, clay and more! We will learn the elements and principles of arts but we will learn so much more!

My purpose is that my students learn how to properly use a wide variety of media. I want them to experience art supplies that they would not use anywhere else. I want to introduce them to the amazing world of creating. Art is a form of communication and expression, and I want them to experience that! I also want them to learn about art history, but in a more fun way. I want them to see the history of art from other cultures, people and perspective. I want to balance art history with artists who are alive and working, artists who come from all backgrounds and cultures.

This is a 4-week session per month. Each month we will study a different theme and artist!
