Meka Leach, 11, is youngest certified yoga teacher in America, certified sound healer and Reiki master. She created her business, Mindfulness with Meka, as a way spread positivity to her generation and create a kinder, more peaceful world.

She currently holds classes at SoderWorld Wellness center & Academy and Rising Lotus Healing Center centered around mindfulness, self-love and empowerment.
