Children are born with an innate ability to connect to their true self. This tends to dull with age if this ability is not nourished as they grow. And we strive to offer workshops and camps to help children acquire a practice.
 
This day camp (total 6 hours), created by Project: KAring's founder, will introduce tools to children, that they can use from a young age to carry them into adulthood aware of the possibilities that lies within them, providing an understanding of how they can create new habits and fresh perspectives, testing their own abilities to connect with who they are at their core and finding the type of techniques that they are drawn to. Simple exercises can plant seeds of curiosity towards the world yet to be discovered, and assist them in reaching a better understanding of who they are.
